Lupe's shitty pop punk band rules.

By the way, Kanye West is back and his new single is better than everything.

I hate to say I told you so.

MET

I've met some pretty famous people in my life.

It's weird because there are only ONE OF EACH OF THEM IN THE WHOLE WORLD.

I just met Jonah Hill from Superbad
and Russell Brand from Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

I should have done more. Missed opportunity. We'll see what happens.

I want to make it,
Andrew

P.s. I also met Lights once. I want to hold her hand. Can you believe I fucking MET HER? I want to make it so bad.

No.

Tomorrow will be the worst day of my life.

I've Been Getting Sick

Iron Man 2. Meh. ***1/2

Everybody's Fine *** <--- This movie almost made cry. Then I realized it was probably just my contact. I ate 12 gallons of Slim Jim to make up for the stupidity of what I was doing.

Sherlock Holmes ****

It's weird being home. I always told myself that growing old is mandatory and growing up is optional. I don't know when I gave in to the sickness, but I've been coughing lately. Through and through I convice myself that I know exactly how things will pan out. Looks like I didn't count on sneezing out all these surprises. I don't like sneezing.

Home is where you make it. Thanks for the comfort Pella, looks like I am ready to grow old. But not with you.

It's you... not me,
Andrew

P.S
I posted about this movie a year ago. When I saw Iron Man in XD, they showed the thrid trailer for this. The XD theater made this more epic than I expected. OMG, IM SO EXCCCCCCCCCCIIIIIIIIITED! EEEEEEEEEEEK!

Not sarcasm.

Your outlook on everything is super unique. I really enjoy your company and so does everyone else. I envy you. Can I be your slave, respectfully? You're super nice to everyone too! YAY. I trust you so much that I'd like you take my contacts out for me.

That's a pretty big deal,
Andrew

ANDREA

I've got one week until summer.
TIME TIME TIME TIME TIME FLIEZ.
I went to a lot of films last week. I decided to rate them because blogs need substance...
I'll go with the star rating out of five...

"Get Him to the Greek" **** 1/2
"Cop Out" **
"Kick Ass" **** 1/2
"MacGruber" *** and 1/2 of Hot Rod's star review.

I'm sitting at ISU's library's third floor window. It's looking out into campus. I can see my reflection in the window and everyone behind me. I wonder if anyone can see me making sure my hair looks fantastic. Probably. Yup. There's verification. Some redhaired girl locked eyes with me through my reflection. Hmmm.... is she really looking at me then? Or is she looking at my evil reflection twin Andrea? I DONT KNOW, it makes me paranoid. Every time I look at the window, Andrea stares at me. I wish my evil reflection twin would stop this. I wonder if it knows I'm typing about him.

Wait.... WHAT'S IT DOING?! NOOOOOOOO! I'LL NEVER LET YOU TAKE MY KEYBOARD AWAY ANDREA. I'LL NEVER STOP TYPING ABOUT YOU. HOW DID YOU GET OUT OF YOUR REFLECTION JAIL?! NOOOO! LET ME FINISH THIS SENT

finals are making me crazy,
Andrew

Not doing what I need to do.

I'm watching the film "Peacock" right now. I should be typing a paper.

I got a callback for Peacock two years ago, this time, after I auditioned out of the blue. I was trying out for a character named Kenny who sells baseball cards to Cillian Murphy's character.

I got to meet the producers and directors and had a pretty rad conversation with them about films and how they got started. I think they liked me. I didn't end up getting the part but it was pretty cool, as that was my first audition/callback ever.

Cillian Murphy is fantastic. Everyone go see his films: Batman Begins, Sunshine, Breakfast on Pluto, etc. It would have been a dream come true to work with him.

Ellen Page and some other famous people were in it. Here's the trailer...

The film's cast is incredible. The script has potential. It's pretty hit or miss.

More later,
Andrew

P.S. I saw Set Your Goals, Comeback Kid, and The Wonder Years tonight. Life is amazing. Stay Posi.

Birthday

It's my birthday in five minutes. I'm 20. Life is fast.

I have a lot of things to post in the coming week. I hope you're all enjoying weather and your life. Never take anything for granted.

I Won a Stand-Up Comedy Competition Once...

I won Veishea's Stand-Up Competition last Tuesday. It's weird walking around campus and having people yell at me or retell my jokes, like I've never heard them before. It's annoying, but I kind of like it. Check out my video.

I'll have a full update about my Veishea exp. soon! It was one of the greatest (if not the best) weeks of my life. Cool Beans.

Watch out aziz,
Andrew

What happened?

When did golf get nerdy? Golf used to look like this... WTF!

Future Earth

BBC and Discovery Channels' mini-series Planet Earth changed my life. Watching it in HD was like watching a real life Pixar movie in 4-D.

Then they stepped it up a notch with the current running mini-series Life, a landmark show observing the specific world of life on Earth. It's superior to Planet Earth except for Oprah's narrating. Don't get me wrong, she's probably decently cool... I just can't take her seriously. Oh, and I'm a sucker for British accents, her narrating is lackluster and awkward compared to the beauty of a British accents. Oh, well... whatever.

I've spent over fifteen hours watching these shows on my couch. Meaning, I've spent fifteen hours being freaking awesome.

Discovery just announced they are working with Steven Spielberg on a new series called Future Earth. Here's the synopsis.

"Future Earth aims to be an epic mini-series examining what life on Earth will be like in 25, 50 and 100 years. The mini-series will draw from a vast number of sources, including the leading futurists, scholars and great minds of today, to dramatize and explore how various facets of our daily lives - health and medicine, technology, the environment, the military, the economy and media - will evolve over the next century."

Basically, I'm going to spend 30 more hours being awesome when this comes out. Spielberg's ideas will be legendary. His vision of the future is brilliant and innovative. For example... Minority Report and the recent Ipad. Cool beans.

Thanks slashfilm,
Andrew
